 I’m on a mission to inspire people to live their best lives by creating Healthy Habits that can be sustained for a lifetime.  I’m passionate about health and wellness.  This not only includes exercising and eating healthy, but also managing stress, tending to your emotional well-being and getting plenty of sleep.  

I offer a personalized approach that focuses on progress over perfection.  Creating new habits takes time and patience.  Our work together is a collaboration and I am committed to helping you reach your health and wellness goals.  I look forward to celebrating your success in addition to becoming a trusted partner on your health and wellness journey. 

My own experience with the struggle of weight loss and maintenance motivated me to learn more about nutrition and strength training.  What I learned was what you eat on a daily basis does affect your body composition, energy levels and your mood.  In addition, gaining and maintaining a good amount of muscle is very important as we get older, especially for women. 

In the past I have enjoyed being a Crossfit Athlete and Olympic Weight Lifter.  I am currently a competitive body builder that also does pilates twice a week.  And when time allows, I really enjoy playing tennis.
