I’m on a mission to inspire people to live their best lives by creating Healthy Habits that can be sustained for a lifetime. I’m passionate about health and wellness. This not only includes exercising and eating healthy, but also managing stress, tending to your emotional well-being and getting plenty of sleep.
I offer a personalized approach that focuses on progress over perfection. Creating new habits takes time and patience. Our work together is a collaboration and I am committed to helping you reach your health and wellness goals. My own experience with the struggle of weight loss and maintenance motivated me to learn more about nutrition and strength training. What I learned was what you eat on a daily basis does affect your body composition, energy levels and your mood. In addition, gaining and maintaining a good amount of muscle is very important as we get older, especially for women.
In the past I have enjoyed being a Crossfit Athlete and Olympic Weight Lifter. I am currently a competitive body builder that also does pilates twice a week. And when time allows, I really enjoy playing tennis.
