Personal Training
As a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) I can help you improve your physical health, performance and overall well-being. This includes assessing your fitness level, helping you to set realistic goals and design a personalized training program tailored to your needs and abilities. Goals can include things such as fat loss, muscle gain, improved athletic performance or general health. Your progress will be tracked over time and adjusted accordingly. You will be given a new block of workouts every 6 weeks. You will also have the ability to check in with me via email at any time.

As a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I help clients make sustainable lifestyle changes to improve their overall health, wellbeing and quality of life. The focus is on behavior change through supportive, client-centered coaching. This is a collaborative process that will explore your values, challenges and motivations. We will co-create action plans that fit your lifestyle and readiness for change. I will provide ongoing support, track progress, celebrate your wins and help you navigate setbacks. Check in’s will be conducted weekly for 30-45 minutes via videoconferencing. And you will also have the ability to check in with me via email at any time.
